We begin with a conversation and site visit, taking note of branding and mood desired. Tones, sounds, colors, textures all play a vital role in creating your signature scent. Upon request, you may take part in creating or contributing to your custom scent in a private session OR receive a customized sample test kit including 5 or more custom scents to choose from. Our consult will be followed up with your own custom portal with an outline of products and services to begin the Creation process. Additional choices in sets of 5 can be added on per request . A Signature Scent contract for customization is required to move forward to the Creation & Customization stages. This contract will be provided within the portal.

MUST READ:

• BOOKING: We are currently booking approx. 2-3 weeks out. It is vital to give ample time to stock desired scents for a consultation, so we insist on booking 2 weeks prior to the meet date.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Booking is always transferable and is 100% refundable if cancellation is made 3 days prior to the appointment.

• OVERTIME: Rate is $75/per hr

• TRAVEL: Will travel- please contact regarding travel arrangements. Travel outside of the Boerne, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, SATX area will be charged per mile.

• Know your square footage ( for ambient commercial diffusers)

• Determine if you would like to take part in creating the scent

• Be aware production may take 2-4 months depending on customization
